Membership

Optional enhanced access membership

Membership is optional and designed to improve continuity without replacing insurance.

Does membership replace insurance?

No. Membership is not insurance and does not replace insurance-based medical coverage.

Who can enroll in membership?

Enrollment is available to active Somaform patients based on capacity and phased availability.

What is included in membership?

How Somaform combines in-person care, telehealth, and follow-through.

When is telehealth appropriate?

Are labs available on-site?

In-house lab workflows are available for many routine pathways, with external coordination for expanded testing.
