It is important to note that membership is not insurance and does not replace any existing insurance coverage. This membership does not cover emergency department care, urgent life-threatening situations, hospital admissions, inpatient services, specialized procedures or unlimited phone access to care 24/7.

Membership is optional and available to all patients (insurance or self-pay). It enhances access, communication, and care experience. Clinical services are billed separately (insurance or self-pay).
