Family-Centered Care
Primary care that grows with your child
Somaform Health provides pediatric primary care for newborns through adolescence. We focus on prevention, clear parent communication, and continuity so families know who to call when questions arise.
Whether you need a well-child visit, help with a new concern, or guidance on development and school readiness, care is planned around your child's needs, not rushed appointment slots.
Our pediatric pathway pairs clinical expertise with the same relationship-centered model used across Somaform: longer conversations when needed, practical follow-through, and coordination with telehealth or in-person visits when clinically appropriate.

What to Expect
Partnership with parents, clarity for every visit
Bring your child's medication list, immunization record, and top questions. We review growth, development, and any new concerns, then leave you with a clear plan, including when to follow up and when to seek urgent care.
Telehealth may support selected follow-ups and non-emergency concerns when a physical exam is not required. A parent or guardian must join pediatric telehealth visits.
Do not use telehealth or routine scheduling for emergencies. For chest pain, trouble breathing, severe injury, seizures, or other urgent symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For non-urgent clinic questions, call 978-678-5038.
Pediatrics FAQs
Common questions from families
What ages do you see for pediatrics?
We care for newborns, infants, children, and adolescents through the teen years, with age-appropriate preventive and acute care.
Do you offer well-child visits and vaccines?
Yes. Well-child visits include growth and developmental screening, anticipatory guidance, and immunization counseling based on current recommendations.
Can my child be seen by telehealth?
Selected follow-ups and non-emergency concerns may be appropriate for telehealth when a hands-on exam is not needed. A parent or guardian must participate. Urgent or complex symptoms need in-person or emergency care.
How do we become a pediatric patient?
Start with Become a Patient or Request Appointment. Our team will review insurance or self-pay options and help you schedule the right first visit.
Is pediatrics part of membership?
Pediatric primary care is available through Somaform's care pathways. Optional membership can support access and continuity; it does not replace insurance when you use coverage.
