We accept major insurance plans and provide transparent self-pay options. Optional membership enhances access and preventive continuity.

Insurance-Based Care
We participate with major commercial insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Harvard Pilgrim, and Tufts. Standard insurance copays apply.
Self-Pay (Cash)
Transparent pricing for uninsured patients:
- New Patient Visit $250
- Established Visit $175
- Extended Visit $300
Members may receive a 10-15% self-pay adjustment depending on visit type.
Optional Enhanced Access Membership
Available to all patients (insurance or self-pay) for enhanced access, continuity, and preventive planning.
